Printable Order Form & Payment
All orders made through the Anderson Kilts Online Shop culminate in a page showing a printable order form. This needs to be printed off and posted to, Anderson Kilts, 5 Church Crescent, Dumfries, DG1 1DF.
Anderson Kilts accept payment by cheque or credit card. We do not currently accept any form of online payment. Your payment will not be processed until all order details are finalised (including order delivery/collection), in all cases you will be contacted by a member of staff.
Order Delivery/Collection
Once Anderson Kilts have received your order, a sales representative will contact you to finalise any and all details for your order. All of the hire outfits will be made available for in-store collection by a designated person, usually the customer who made the order, only. For all purchased items, delivery/shipping details will be discussed by the customer and the sales representative, small items will be sent via the Royal Mail, and large items via Courier.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that we have sent an item that was damaged in transit please contact us to inform us of the problem. Please note that any damage claims must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery.
